Alex is absolutely amazing. So kind, professional, calm and cool. I usually have alot of questions before I purchase things online but I could tell how nice Alex was by his tone and attitude like he wasn't just one of those regular guys who are nice the first call and at the most the second call and then their demeanor completely changes.
