Alex is absolutely amazing. So kind, professional, calm and cool. I usually have alot of questions before I purchase things online but I could tell how nice Alex was by his tone and attitude like he wasn't just one of those regular guys who are nice the first call and at the most the second call and then their demeanor completely changes. Or like if you start to ask too many questions. He was the complete opposite!! I must have called him atleast half a dozen times as the further I did research into the item the more questions I had and he just kept politely answering them and even asking if I wanted some links sent to me. Also my budget was very low and I can't say how he helped but let's just say he made it so I could get what I needed not only with the best price in Canada but he beat it by alot!! Lastly I just want to say thank you Alex and I wish I could give you 10 stars :) Oh yeah and he shipped it out the same day if I remember correctly it was a Monday and it was at my door on Tuesday or Wednesday. Obviously not all of you will experience the same shipping times as it depends where you are. Not that I was in the same province but still. Also I just remembered even though it stated free shipping he actually asked me which carrier I would prefer. Trust me guys. NOBODY Else Will Do This. They Will Ship Your Item With The Courier Who is The Cheapest For Them, But Not Alex at SRS TACTICAL. He Gave Me a Few Options Which Was Amazing Because I Always Prefer Canada Post vs the latter Option. It's Nice To Know That If I Don't Make it To The Door in Time The item Will either be in my Mailbox or Local Canada Post Store!!
